Monday, April 9th

Tonight's homework requires the students to begin their spelling word sentences.  Please complete sentences for 1 - 8.  Also, today in math, we examined the area of triangles, so please complete this worksheet to solidify these concepts.  As a review, please complete the punctuation worksheet.  Finally, today we talked about peer pressure; being influenced by your friends of the same age.  Please talk about the positive side of peer pressure, Peer Power, what can your friend persuade you to do that is positive? (think: no put-downs, mutual respect)

Wednesday, April 4th

 Tonight's Homework will review Math's Area of Parallelograms A= b * h.  Proofreading and writing to follow.  Also, Spelling Word Sentences numbers 15 - 20 from Monday's Wordlist.

Tuesday, April 3rd

Tonight's homework requires students to continue completing their spelling word sentences introduced Monday.  I recommend students complete spelling words number 8 through 14.  Also, they are to complete the two worksheets below.

Monday, April 2nd

Tonight's homework requires students to compose 7 spelling word sentences from the list below.  The agenda for today outlined the homework to include numbers 1 - 7 for tonight.  Also, there is a decimal and fraction review worksheet.  We were supposed to do a second worksheet as well, for math, but we didn't cover the material in class today.
